About Julianne

I'm Julianne and I have spent a lot of time waiting to lead. Waiting until I had all the skills, read all the books, and learned all the things. I waited until I "felt" ready. I waited for approval, permission, and to be noticed. In the midst of all this waiting, I discovered maybe it was time to simply choose myself, to stand up and to start leading. And coaching was the push I needed to truly own my power, to overcome my fears, and step into what I am capable of.
Now I work with others to do the same. Through one-on-one coaching, trainings, and leadership programs, I work to develop the confidence and skills for others to lead their teams into new spaces of possibility.

Julianne’s passion for creating a positive impact has led her to work with several non-profits. Currently, she works with International Justice Mission as the Development Program Lead. Julianne graduated from the University of Alberta with her Bachelor’s in Criminology and completed the Meta Performance Institute for Coaching with Novus Global. She has over 10 years experience building and leading teams, as well as experience in project management.

Julianne lives in Calgary, Canada with her husband. When Julianne isn’t working with teams and clients you can find her in the mountains hiking, camping, and fly fishing.
